Vietnam Duc Trong- this is a rare arabica coffee from Vietnam, processed at the Duc Trong Mill. Most coffee grown in this area of the world is robusta, that is what makes this so rare. This coffee is grown on farms owned by women and processed at a mill also owned by women. These beans show off the meticulous processing in every cup and provide a creamy texture, semi-sweet chocolate, tobacco, and a bit of peppery spice. There is a lot going on in this cup of coffee, I think it would be perfect through a French press and then cut it with a bit of heavy whipping cream to increase the mouthfeel.
