Papua New Guinea Kindeng Coffee - This coffee is from the Jikawa Province, which has lush forests and rugged mountains. This coffee is pretty unique because it's naturally-processed, which isn't super common for Papua New Guinea coffee. They only pick the ripest cherries and then go through a long process of drying them just right. After they're harvested, they hand-sort them and let them dry on raised beds for about 3-4 weeks. A ton of hard work goes into making this coffee, but it's totally worth it.
