NEW - Panama Boquete Washed

I've come across another very special coffee from Central America! I picked up a small quantity of Panama Boquete from the Hortigal Estate in Northern Panama.  This coffee is grown by Eira Maria Suarez and her daughters on 34 acres, all above 4000 feet and grown under native shade trees. The estate is located in the highlands of Boquete and has been family owned for over 100 years.

I've taken this coffee a few degrees lighter than a traditional Colombian and the floral notes and fruitiness really shine through. When describing the taste of this coffee, I think the word "delicate" comes to the forefront.  If you throw a bag in the cart, I'm certain you will wish you had bought more.
