Guatemala Huehuetenango
Guatemala Huehuetenango
Guatemala Huehuetenango - The name Huehuetenango means “Place of the Ancients” and was home to a Maya settlement before the Spanish conquest. Huehuetenango sits in the western highlands of Guatemala, bordering Mexico, and is a very ethnically diverse region of Guatemala. Coffee came to Guatemala in the late 18th century and the industry produces the second-most important agricultural export after sugar. After you taste this coffee, you will see why the Guatemala sells so much of it! This coffee is a single origin coffee and can be roasted on the lighter side or we can throw some heat to it and make it work as a medium and dark roast as well.
