Limited Quantity - Zambia Washed Kateshi Estate

Hey there, have you checked out the Zambia Washed Kateshi Estate coffee from Conflict Cup Coffee? We always like to bring you unique and rare coffees, and this one caught my eye. Zambia coffee is not very common in the US, but it's known for its delicious chocolate-cherry flavors and smooth, full body. This was an interesting coffee to roast, I ended up roasting it in a similar fashion to a Colombian, but it certainly does not taste Colombian. This bean required more time in the chamber to get to the right temperature and I think I hit it on the mark. 

This particular coffee comes from the Kateshi Estate near Lake Bangweulu in the Northern Province, close to Tanzania. While Zambia doesn't have an organic certification department, the Kateshi Estate practices organic farming methods and is Rain Forest Alliance certified.
