Costa Rica Tarrazu La Pastora

This Costa Rican Tarrazu region coffee is top-rated and comes from a mill with really strict quality standards. It's a tough bean,  grown at high altitudes and needs more heat than other Costa Rican coffees. The mill is also part of a cool organization called EarthWatch that looks into sustainable farming practices.

When you brew up a cup of this coffee, you'll get hints of red fruits like pomegranate and cherry, along with citrus and floral notes, all leading to a clean finish. Enjoy!
