ORGANIC-Bolivia Caranavi

Hey there! This coffee is straight from Bolivia, grown by the aprocafe co-op. It's certified organic and has a really nice, clean taste. Bolivia is sandwiched between Peru and Brazil on the map, so it can be a challenge to export their coffee due to needing cooperation from neighboring countries.

Not many people have tried coffee from Bolivia, but this one is a real gem! When you take a sip, you'll taste super sweet caramel, milk chocolate, apricots, and cashews. It is well-rounded but has a heavy body with mild orange acidity in the undertones which makes this an extremely balanced cup that is versatile and can be used for drip, cold brew, or a single origin espresso. Probably best roasted to a nice medium.
